Setting Up your School Portal Website

After setting up your current session and term, you will have to set up your school profile or school portal website. Your school portal website is the landing page, which everyone who wishes to visit your school will see. It is the link to this page you will keep as your school portal access and give to learners, parents, staff and your partners to enable them to navigate through either for admission applications, job applications or to login. Setting up your school portal website requires that you provide the correct information for all fields because that is what will be visible to everyone.

a. Navigate to the Website Setup Button on the left navigation bar and click on it as shown below -

b. Fill every single column including color selection. Select the appropriate color for your school. Complete all fields appropriately and click the Complete Setup button and check.

NOTE: Do not spend more than five minutes doing this to avoid session timeout and error prompt.

c. After completing your website setup, click on your website link on the top right corner of your portal as shown below to view it live.

When I clicked on the website link on the top right corner, it shows me the website shown below. It is also called landing page -

Everything appeared just as I filled it, including the color selection I made.
